Homebrew how do I open homebrew without soundhax?

I have a problem, and I have no idea how to fix it. Basically, I want to install fbi and the homebrew launcher, but I have 11.6 37u. I already have cfw. Luma3ds to be specific. I can't open soundhax, and I don't know how to open homebrew to install fbi.

Go into Download Play, wait for it to load, press L+Down+Select, go into Misc. Settings, press Inject hb loader into current title, exit Download Play, and reopen it, then launch FBI from there and install the CIAs.

Hold select while turning on your 3DS. On the top screen, it should say what version of Luma you're running. We'll need to know that to continue.

They're on 11.6. It's highly unlikely they're on A9LH.
