Apple How do I make a texttone?

I have already made my own ringtone but I also want to change my texttone to something else. Is there an easy way to do this with some .MP3 files I have.

Well I did attempt to use youtube instructional videos but they don't work out as planned. Has anyone been able to make a texttone successfully from any youtube video or a guide from Google?

I just looked at the first link and it looks pretty legit to me.

I make texttones through ToneFXs which I found through cydia. The problem is the texttone I made is quiet as a pin drop and I maxed out the sound from the side of my phone (but its loud on my itunes.) How can I fix this so its louder?

I did a youtubetomp3 to get my texttone and the video I got it from was very loud. How did this not translate well into making a loud texttone?
