So sorry if this has been answered before....
But how do I install mGBA? Where on the SD card do I put the mGBA files? How do I install it on the Wii Home menu. I could not find .wad file and no other forum has clearly answered this from what I have found. Thank you.

Theres various apps for installing wads, I personally use WiiMod Lite:

As for forwarders(pretty sure I can share this here...) you can find one in RunningSnakes forwarder collection:

I believe I used MasterShoes GBA forwarder for mGBA, some of them like under RunningSnakes are for VBA GX.

Thanks. How do I get mGBA to appear on the Home menu?
Some underlined text links included, possibly easy to miss

Refer to my comment again, channels/forwarders can be installed as WAD files
So you'll need a channel/forwarder WAD file(RunningSnakes Forwarder Collection for that, the mGBA forwarder)
and you'll need something to install the WAD file like WiiMod Lite, or yawmME
(yawmME appears to be the most up-to-date, a list of title managers here)

NOTE:
While you should be safe using one of those forwarders, along with one of those apps to install it, you should definitely be aware of Console Bricks, in this particular case when installing channels: Banner Bricks - though again, you should be safe with any forwarder in RunningSnakes collection. In any case, you should have some form of Brick Protection

I installed the WAD and when I clicked into it on the home menu, it had a black screen and took me back to the home menu. I asked this because I don't know what a forwarder is in the Wii or how to use. Also I can SEE the links you sent, so don't get upset and think I'm blind.

The channel is the forwarder in this case
Change the name of the "mGBA-0.10.4-wii" folder to "mgba" and the forwarder will work
It is looking for the boot.dol in the folder "mgba"
