how do i install .kgb files on my new3ds xl 10.3 ?

in russia you have to use .kgb files instead of .cia files
never heard about kgb-files. You should be able to install cias. There's no kgb-installer as i know

The only thing I found in the internet about "kgb" was something about Gameboy emulation.
But nothing to install
You guys do realise that the OP is trolling you guys? KGB is the Committee for State Security of the Soviet Union, so I guess it's an alternative Russian version of the CIA or Central Intelligence Agency.
