Hacking How do I install HBL on clean b9s?

This is driving me crazy, and can't find information on it any where..

I formatted 3DS back to factory default because I was going to sell it, but then my friend wanted it..
The only thing it still has on it is b9s and luma and I can load any payloads like godmode9 and decrypt9..

For the life of me I can't figure out how to boot HBL so that I can install FBI and other stuff..
I have 11.5 so soundhax doesn't work..

What can I do?..

you launch it with Rosalina, a menu added by Luma 8 and up. I think it was down and select as default to launch it.
you basically set -any- app to launch as HBL, you just need the boot.3dsx on sd card root.
