Homebrew How do I install arm9loaderhax?

I would like to install arm9loaderhax on my n3ds because I read that if I bricked my sysnand I could restore my nand.bin.

1. Dump OTP - https://github.com/Plailect/OTP/blob/master/New_3DS_Spider.md
2. Compile A9LH with your dumped OTP
3. Run in HBL (I Think)
4. Profit
