Hacking How do I insert a 4GB game?

So I'm trying to play this damn MH4G and every time there is a problem. The game is 4GB, but it won't fit in my MS unless it's formatted in NTFS (in FAT32 I get "the file is too large for the destination file system" error), and under NTFS I'm given a Filesystem Error when I try to pop up the games. How do I solve this?

trim the rom then
