How do I include a picture in the forum?

I am trying to include pictures in a forum post and do not have a URL - just files on my hard drive. How do I attach them to my post?

Go to:

Upload said pictures and either use the URL given for the picture and put it between images tags. The tags are:

img url /img
Both tags go in brackets, but answers freak out when I try to display it. The url goes between the img tags.

You can also use somewhere such as www.photobucket.com to upload pictures. There are many picture upload sites available for use.
