Depends on your alt dashboard settings.

You might need to create folders if you want to keep it neatly organized.

So if I'm going to be using aurora I would make a folder called GAMES and each game can have its own folder correct?

Pretty much yep.
I'm unsure of the way Aurora handles scanning but your folder structure should be like this HDD1:/GAMES/*insert game title*/default.xex.

No problem, glad I can help.

There are a few titles which have illegal characters in their file names and or work better as GOD containers.
You can copy these just like the folder rips and make Aurora scan deeper or you can upload them with 360 content manager and launch them via the MS dash (Aurora can scan for them as well but you'd need to point the scanpath to the proper folders)
