Hacking How do I get save files to work?

I am trying to download save files from Gamefaqs, but I can't get them to work on my AceKard.

Most likely, all that will be required is to rename like so: romname.nds.sv

I just renamed my previous .SAV to .sav and it worked. Be sure to set the save format to 'sav'. Have not tried the 'nds.sav' format. Latest AKAIO 1.1r2 allows saves in both 'sav' and 'nds.sav' formats.
