Homebrew How do I get payload_stage1.bin?

Hi all. I was trying to install CFW using 3ds.guide, and then I got to step 3 of section 2 of installing arm9loaderhax. When I went to install it by typing the adress into the 3DS internet browser and then pressed select, it told me that I didn't have a file called payload_stage1.bin. I did some research and all I could gather is that its supposed to be in the a9lh folder. Can somebody help me with this? Thanks in advance.

I've read the entire guide up to that point over again, and I've followed every step correctly up to the point I got stuck on afaik.
Edit: Never mind. There was something I didn't even realize I downloaded.
