Gaming How do I download mods to SSB4 + Mirai Hack Issues

HARDWARE:

-Yes, I did get the Homebrew version compatible with my 2DS.
SUPER SMASH BROS 4 ISSUES:
I cannot find a folder to download to, so there is no difference to the game.
PROJECT MIRAI:
Although I have my MIRAI mods, in the right area, the game refuses to load differently, after several attempts

a) the mods are exclusive to New!3DS

b)they're in the wrong folders.

c)Have you tried using NTR?

d)You have to make folders inside of the folders.

Response to: A; The mods say they can work on the old 3ds/2ds as well.
Response to: B; The Mirai mods appear in Homebrew, they just don't work. I know the SSB4 mods aren't in the right folder. I have no clue where to download them.
Response to: C; Unfortunately, I don't remember what that is. For all I know it could be a Homebrew feature I brushed by.

thanks, but I can't find a download, and from what I've read, it only works with the New Nintendo 3DS, but maybe I read something wrong.
