How do I download Mobiclip Media Encoder?

Looking to convert my existing .mp4 files to .moflex so I can inject them into a .cia and install em on my 2DS.

I got the User.lic file from the Developer Portal, but there is no download for the actual software.

Anyone know where I can download it?

Unless you're dealing with 3D movies, you should just use @Core_2_Extreme's video player for 3DS:

You can transcode your H.264 videos into 240p H.262 or XviD with ffmpeg and play them on your O2DS without needing any Nintendo software.
