ROM Hack How do I decrypt my purchased games from e-shop ?

I have no idea how to do this nor do I have a gateway to pull it off.
I do have oot that I just bought last friday, the only reason why I want to do this.
Just have a personal copy of my games and use citra to play them from time to time.
I have the latest nintendo firmware version, if it is doable would someone explain it in clear simple directions ?
