Hacking How do I CREATE a Wii U Game Mod

I'm new here, so sorry if I did smthn wrong

I have been searching everywhere, but most results from google are mostly just about putting pre-existing mods onto games. I already have a Modded Wii U on Aroma, and have dumped the game I want to mod, I just have no clue how to do it, and have no clue where to look for a tutorial. I know sites like the Zeldabotwmodding wiki exist, but I only found that through somone else mentioning it and don't know where to look for that sort of info. Also found some other threads on here, but they mostly ended before they became meaningful.

You need to dump the game files and use toolbox or wexo to edit the files
