Homebrew How do I cheat in iDeaS

I looked through alotta other post and saw a bunch of different stuff but i need to know how to create .cht files for ideas cause a .txt doesnt seem to work and neither does .xml files so all the advice you can give would be much appreciated

p.s. any other cheat method would help to im using ideas 1.0.2.4
