Hacking How do I change the health screen on 4.0?

Title says it all. Is there a way to change the health screen on 4.0? I have a health screen I used on 3.2 and now I want to use it on 4.0. I know that 3.2 used a 42.app file and 4.0 uses a 72.app file. So how would I go about converting the file and better yet how would I install it. I do understand i may involve unpacking/repacking the system menu wad.
