Hacking how do backups work online?

Say I want to play mario kart wii, do I just burn the backup and play it and it will have a friend code that I use? Can nintendo see or do anything if they think my game is a backup? Also, is it full online support on a backed up game

This has been asked quite a few times, and the answer's still "no, they can't catch you if you play with a backup". You'll get a FC like if you were playing a retail copy and there will be no problems interacting with other players

The game discs aren't unique like a serial on a pc game so no they can't catch you lol
