Hardware How can I transfer a save from physical game to digital version?

I have a physical copy of Ninja Gaiden, and now I just downloaded the digital version off of PS+. Is there any way for me to transfer my save game over?

Apparently it's not possible to transfer saves from physical to digital in the way you want. You could ask Sony directly, but AFAIK it's not possible.
