Homebrew How can I install .cias?

Im new to 3ds modding and saw some guys installing cias on their systems. I dont really know what to do with FBI. I hope it helps when I say im on 11.4

If you're on 11.4, it's going to be hard for you to install CFW and install CIA files. See this guide for your options:

To be clear, these are your options:

• Hardmod method (requires soldering)
• DSiWare method (requires a second 3DS that already has CFW)
• ntrboothax method (requires a compatible DS flashcart) (also requires Powersaves or a second 3DS that already has CFW) (not released yet)

so i dont have any options... But can I somehow downgrade to 11.3?

All 3 of those are the only options for downgrading to 11.3 as well.

You cannot downgrade to 11.3 without CFW, so no.

You can try out patiencehax and just wait for an exploit or see if you can find someone locally that does 3ds hacks

I might be wrong, but I think OP might already be on CFW, otherwise he wouldn't be talking about FBI... Is your 3DS already modded?

I did so many stuff to my 3ds and i dont even know what everything is and does. so sorry

I assume you don't have CFW installed. If you want to know for sure, send us a screenshot of what's on your SD card.

@Prime321 you can just buy a 2DS, install CFW on it, use it to install CFW on your console, then resell it. That's the easiest and cheapest way.

Take a screenshot of the root of your SD card.

Well guys i hacked my old 3ds with this guide https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup. Im on section IV now and cant continue because this error. I comes everytime i start something on HB

well nvm i fixed it. Use luma legacy if u get this error. also this thread is finished got everything
