Hi, I am new in this website and new with game hacking. I have the fire emblem fates japanese rom and the fire emblem fates european rom. My idea is to extract the censured parts from the japanese version and include them in the european version. Also change some text and dialogues that they changed for censure. Is there an pc program to hack it o extract o modify codes, something like that? only for pc, i prefer not to use 3ds or flash card, later I will se how I test it by myself.
