Hacking How can I format my 2DS with A9LH?

I have a 2DS with A9LH and I wanna format the console and the SD card, but I don't know which files i must leave into the SD card and where i can download them in their newer versions.

You only need arm9loaderhax.bin. You can format through System Settings.

I was reading plailect guide looking for anything about it, and I found this:

Are these files and folders really necessary or just the arm9loaderhax.bin?
