Hacking How can I dump 0x96 (secret_sector)?

Hi there. I've need the secret_sector.bin for arm9loaderhax. But how can I dump it? I have a new Nintendo 3ds 9.2. Or if it's not possible can you point me to the right direction where I can download it? Thanks!
