ROM Hack How can I do that whith Ghidra?

Looks to be a combination of GDB and the Rosalina branch of custom firmwares ( https://github.com/Mrrraou/Luma3DS-Rosalina ) though I don't know if any of the other custom firmwares features such things.
https://wrongbaud.github.io/posts/ghidra-debugger/ is for the GBA but still mostly an ARM device and using GDB to accomplish it. I don't know if ghidra does GDB over network/remote as that video looks to, or if it does not then if there are any intermediate programs that can fake it to be more local than remote ( https://sourceware.org/gdb/onlinedocs/gdb/Connecting.html ).
Alternatively there are other debuggers using GDB if IDA is too pricey for your taste (which is presumably why it was picked).
