Hacking Homebrew Wont Load Rebug 4.82

So i recently got a ps3 and just updated it and installed rebug 4.8.2 lite

Packages install fine just one problem

They all hang on blackscreen when launched trying to figure out what causes this as its a pain.

The only thing with the ps3 is disc drive doesnt work *though i have a replacement on the way*

If the BD unit doesn't work you need a NOBD firmware, like REBUG_4.82.1_LITE_NoBD_Cobra7.55.
