Hacking Homebrew to launch SLOT-1 cards?

Hello, I'm looking for a homebrew to launch NDS slot-1 cards on my 3DS. I want to launch old flashcarts that were blocked using a new flashcart that is compatible. Does such a thing exist?

Not yet, and the main problem is that the NDS/GBA emulation code is yet to be patched by the teams behind any of the currently available flash carts. This means that you can't run anything in NDS/GBA mode on anything but a retail firmware at this time.
