I can only imagine how awesome a port of Starfox running at 60fps would feel on DS. (Not that it was running at 60fps in that video)
 
Nope not possible. The definition of porting is adapting source code meant for a specific platform so that it compiles and runs on another platform. So without source code, it's not porting. That's where emulation comes in

But I don't see why someone would emulate starfox only and not full SNES while he's at it...
 
Not possible due to the game on the snes using FX chip on the original cartridge. Emulating one processor is hard enough - emulating a coprocessor as well is downright impossible. Besides, there was sound and speed to that "port" and the best snes emu on the DS can only just manage sound and is still slow.

Actually, there was a StarFox homebrew port for de GBA (Starfox advance, i think it was called) and it was true, as I played it. It was only a demo... first level I think (it was long time ago) but it was true...
