Q2) What is its full ID?
Q3) What is the best hex editor?

info on what i will do:
Change ID to something like Nintendo channel
Try To Fool Wii
Then Find anther way to install eg: wad

There are at least 2 reasons why it will not work, but i might be wrong so try it:
1. The HBC is trucha signed(or not signed?, at least it's not signed by nintendo) and because of this the installation is rejected on a 3.4 or 4.0 Wii without cIOS or something similar.
2. If you use the same ID as the one from a ninendo channel, the installation would overwrite the other channel. That doesn't work, you can "overwrite" stuff with WAD Manager, but internally it deletes the other object first before starting the installation. Deleteing stuff is not possible on a 3.4 or 4.0 Wii without cIOS or something similar.
