Hi. i have a question. I have a N3DS with 11.4 (soon updated :( ) and i will install Homebrew (with freaky hax, soon bought 2-3 Days have it) but i dont understand all. I have a normal Firmware (not hacked, its a new device, 1 month). do i need a CWF for Homebrew (and FBI...etc). unfortunately i havent got another 3ds, Powersaves (only a R4i Flash card). Pls Help
ps: Sorry i cant write good English

With normal firmware you can run Homebrew if the devs have provided a ".3dsx" version of the app.

You will need custom firmware if you want to run FBI and install ".cia" apps but as you are probably aware you will need a second N3DS or one with firmware below 11.3 to do that.
