Hacking Homebrew Launcher is no longer on my home screen?

So I followed this guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-1-(Homebrew) to install a cfw on my girlfriend's n3ds a couple months back. Everything works well but today I noticed that the homebrew launcher isn't on the home screen anymore. Does anyone know how I can get it back? As of right now I am just using the browser method to get into it. Let me know if there is any other info you might need. Thanks for any help!

I can't find the link but you can easily Google for it. Just Google yellows hblauncher_loader.cia and download it from his github. Then install the cia
