I assume you're asking how to install homebrew on 3DS.

If you want to run 10.2, and you haven't been in this scene before, your only options are:

• Cubic Ninja
• Super Smash Bros. for 3DS
• Super Smash Bros. for 3DS Demo

smashbroshax is exclusive to new3DSs. And, if you do get smashbroshax to run, you should install a more stable solution.

If you want to install Homebrew on your (um, what IS your 3DS? A new3DS or 3DS?) you need to use the options above.

Do you have an eShop account?
If so, you should download the Smash demo instead of using your cart/download, as you can do a lot of things with the main game itself, so don't waste it until the Demo runs out.
There are a lot of tutorials out there for smashbroshax, so I'll reply if I find a good one.

It can, but you need to install drivers for the wifi if they are licensed.
