Hacking Homebrew Channel Code Dump

I hacked this person's Wii about 2 years ago and today she texts me saying that everytime she loads Homebrew Channel, it code dumps everytime. I read where you had to get rid of apps 1 by 1 to find out which one was causing it and then edit the meta.xml file. How would I go about doing that. I have never encountered this issue before. I think I Letterbombed her Wii, so she would have firmware 4.3. Thanks for your help!

Delete HomeBrew then use ModMii to rehack your wii.
