Homebrew Homebrew Browserhax keeps returning to home screen

When I tried installing homebrew, every time I type in yls8.mtheall.com/spider28hax.php or scan the auto QR code, the browser returns to the home screen with an error. I've tried reinstalling the starter pack and also initializing save data every time it doesn't work.

Browserhax on O3DS is just really unstable. If you can get it to work one time, then you can look into installing MenuHax (or OoTHax if you have OoT3D) so you have a more permanent entrypoint (as long as you don't format your SD card or change the theme via the Home Menu).

I tried going to the auto page and also homebrew worked once but I forgot to open the theme menu for installing menuhax. (Also what is OoT3D?)
