Hacking Homebrew Apps

hi Guys

ok i think i've knackered my HBC up. i ran the HBC today and it updated. now all the apps i had dont work.error not a wii app ! .
i have 3.3e on my wii. is there anything i can do now to get the apps back working or not. sorry if i sound a bit thick .

updates your old apps too.. you should only have boot.dol now, no more boot.elf
