Hacking Homebrew App Installer issue

So I decided to install the homebrew channel on my Wii U through the direct installer method.

Everything worked and I was booted to the app installer screen, however whenever I click on the green get button nothing happens and it brings me back to the app selection screen and I'm not sure why.

Any ideas?

Nvm, I fixed it by reformating the sd card.
