Sorry if this came up like 1000 times alteady, i‘m new to things like this.
I want to gen pokemon for local battles with a friend and want to access homebrew without cfw. I have omega ruby. Can someone please help me?
And which pokemon generating program is the best?

Basehaxx is not a primary entrypoint, so you cannot use it. I'm afraid there are no free primary entrypoints on 11.6.

Homebrew without cfw? Either install Ninjjhax or Freakyhax may help. Just google.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to avoid cfw? Bricks from cfw have jumped down to 0 percent after the release of b9s, and cfw works just like a regular fw, only with several extra patches. A flashcart to install cfw only costs 20 dollars as well, which is much cheaper than other games that only provide userland exploits.

Cubic Ninja and Freaky Forms Deluxe are primary entrypoints on all firmwares.

Basehaxx is not a primary entrypoint, so you cannot use it. I'm afraid there are no free primary entrypoints on 11.6.
