Hello. I own an o3ds and i have a problem with it. Out of nowhere the screen is blank when i want to start into the home menu. Godmode9 and the chainloader of luma3ds are working. I can't get the home menu to show but when i press the power button the power off screen appears and i can power off the system.

I tried the following things (not in this particular order):

- update b9s
- update luma3ds in sysnand and on sd-card
- boot without sd-card
- boot with another sd-card
- boot with luma3ds 7.1
- From the troubleshooting section of 3ds.guide
- delete extdata of the home menu
- CTRTransfer with 11.5.0
- use the recovery menu - gets me a "your system is up to date message"

Thx in advance and sorry for my bad spelling, englisch isnt my first language.

Im not sure how to fix it for now, but try asking a mod to move it to the correct forum, more people will see it here: https://gbatemp.net/forums/3ds-homebrew-development-and-emulators.275/

Thank you very much. But it seems like i am unable to contact a Moderator. I get a screen with the message "You are not allowed to do that".

@wolowizard When you first installed custom firmware, did you ever back up your sysNAND file? It will look like something or similar to this:

######_QW########_sysnand_000.bin

It is about 1.2 GB in size. The letters and numbers will depend of the 3DS native region, date created, and serial number. DO NOT SHARE YOURS HERE. If you have this, put a copy onto your SD card. Find the file on GodMode9, press (A) > NAND image options... > Restore SysNAND (safe)
