Hacking HLEP with WAD Unpacker

I got the wad unpacker but the readme is in another language...
i tried to drag and drop the wad to the unpacker...
(by the way i am trying to back up my wii system menu before doin softmii themes for 4.0...)
i obtained the 00000010000002.wad with NUSD v1
now i need the 00001.app file...
(the zeros are off... i dont feel like counting 0s

)

im using: bfgr_wadtools_v039a_win32 tool set i got off a tutorial at softmii.org

can anyone help me here... if the tool set im using is not good then can someone please recomend a wad unpacker.
any help is appreciated.
