Even on an older computer? Do I just set it to boot off IDE the same way I would as if I was using the onboard ports?
Here are the specs of that computer:
Pentium MMX 233.4 MHz
I can't remember the RAM, either 1X128MB and 2X32MB (192 MB) or 2X128 MB and 1X32MB (288 MB)
4 GB Hard Drive with XP Pro*
* That boots slow, I wanna put Windows 2000 on there but that might make some programs not work, can you Flash a 360's drive in Win2K?
It's an old comptuer, but I you shouldn't need that much resources to simply read and write the flash of a DVD Drive...
Like I said if I use this as a dedicated machine then I am not taking up my main machines (Ex. I can't use my other desktop if I am taking it apart to put the drive in) and I might as well find something to do with that old computer...
