Gaming HIFI and component?

I can't seem to find an answer for this simple question, so here goes:
With the component cables, how do I connect my wii to my HIFI? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

By plugging the red and white audio cable into the RCA ports on your receiver?

yeah, the white and red RCAs are left and right audio, do as lucif3r says!
