Gaming HG SS (U) M3

I am currently using an M3 and have recently downloaded the new pokemon games Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I was wondering if anyone has a cheat.dat which includes the (U) and (E) versions of these games as all the cheat.dat i have found only include the (J) versions of these games.

Any help would be much appreciated especially if someone could convert the (J) codes to the (U)/(E) version of the game.
