Hacking hg ss protection :how can i remove it

i just started to edit roms and heartgold is my first i downloaded some hack tools.In the NDSeditor i detected the descrypted area in the nds rom .unfortunately i have not found a way to remove it.do anybody know a tool that can remove decrypted areas in the roms?????

That made NO sense AT ALL.

1) You are using weird, if not wrong, tools.
2) Decrypted areas can already be read. There's no need to remove it.
3) The only tools you need should be PPRE and a hex editor.

man i just now start using these tools i am not an expert (thats why i make the question).by the way ididnt find any link for ppre(project pokemon rom editor) can u give 1?
