ROM Hack HG / SS Patch .exe's on GBATemp? What are these?

Hello, in my continuing quest to have all of my topics locked, I felt that I had to ask this question -
On the GBATemp/FileTrip site, there are several uploaded files that claim to be working patches. I un-rar'd them, and they contain executables. Seeing as how these come with Chinese or French(?) instructions, I am very hesitant to run these files to test them. One of them contains a readme, where it states that the "patch" was made by Rudolph. I'm not so sure. Even if these files don't work, I feel obligated to post a thread, because they seem to possibly be malicious. Here are the links:

Don't get your hopes up. I guarantee you 150%, they aren't worth your time.

When there is a real working patch, you'll know.

they are for the japanese versions
at least the one in english is

First one was uploaded in September. It's for the J version.
Second was was uploaded on the 14th of this month. If it was working we would know about it.

Rudolph's patch was the AP patch for the Japanese version. Not much use now, but a worthwhile bit for the wandering unknowing people.

Awww man.....the title KINDA got my hopes up but i knew it probably wouldn't be true that there was a new patch cause if there was there would have been like a 100 replies (maybe more) within 10 minutes XD

When files are a few kb weight it's useful to use virustotal.com, its an online tool that conatins ~32 antivirus for checking files

Off topic: please, the tittle isnt about when the patch will come out or why it hasnt.... dont troll this thread, and the problem its fixed, it should be closed...

On topic: i saw those .exe a days ago... i didnt want to open them, guess i knew they were some viruses lol

Because the AP they use is different and more complex in the USA version.
