Hacking Hey, how to load backups from SD?

It's been quite some time (actually 8+ years) since I used USB Loader with a 4GB USB.
Now I found out that some loads their backups with the front SD reader.

How do I need to set up my wii and my SD in order to do that?

CFG and WiiFlow Lite can read from SD, I think GX can also but I have never tried that.
