Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

But do you (or anyone) know what each option does?
Also, since I have installed 202 by mplayer, should i use ATD to delete it and install this instead?
