I think we need a new guide:

Something like:
1. Get bannerbomb working
2. Install HBC
3. get IOS wads (only required when the Wii has no internet connection)
4. run TBR and downgrade IOS15, install patched IOS36 as IOS36, restore IOS15
5. run any cIOS installer you want

That's a quick, easy and legal way to softmod a Wii.

1. Check
2. Check
3. I do have an internet connection, so what do Ineed ?
4. Is this save on LU64 or similar ?
5. Got it.

Could work WiiPower !! Could you please answer my questions 2 and 3 ?

You need either internet connection or the IOS wads. And it's confirmed to work on boot2v4 Wiis, but i only have 1 confirmation for now. It would be safe even if it does not work on these Wiis, since you could revert the changes.

Succes !! I did it !! I'm so happy thank you very much Wii Power !!

Edit:
Small note though:

I couldn't get the Opera Channel wad installed. It gave an error message. No biggie. Internet Channel is crap anywayz..

Backuplauncher Channel and Snes9X channel worked flawless !

To get Opera Channel. You need something else. It requires installing another CIOS to make it work. And btw don't go to Wii Shop Channel. You might get bricked.

Shop Channel worked fine ! Just upgraded to 4.0 using Waninkoko's upgrader.
Alot of people said we can brick our wiis if we have VC wads installed and wii shop channell checks it.....

is that true?
