Did you put the arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma3DS on the SD card?

So no then. After A9LH is installed the 3DS won't boot without a proper arm9loaderhax.bin.
Part 5 of Plailect's guide instructs you to place the arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma3DS on the SD card.

It blows my mind that you can follow the guide to obtain A9LH, but completely blank on the mention of Luma3DS.

If the light stays on either with or without the SD then sorry to tell you this: you f*cked UP. Now you have a brick. I hope you have a nand backup. Hardmod yourself or search for a hardmodder

I recommend you to send it to a hardmodder has you can brick your 3ds PERMANENTLY if something goes wrong
