How can i make it so that the start loader appears? When i turn on my computer, instead of showing the "Starting windows" screen it just stays black. how can i fix that?

Access your BIOS by holding down one of the F keys (it says which one you need to hold down at the first screen you see) when you boot your computer. Somewhere in there is an option to make it appear. I don't know why you want it to appear though, because it actually cuts a second off your booting time, which is vital if you think time = money
