Hacking Help!!!

My r4 sdhc was creating a save on ysmenu when i turned off my ds because it was taking too long i plugged it in in the computer and it said there was nothing on the whole card9I don't see any files) But after i wanted to put my backup on it it said that the whole card is full what do i have to do to get my old stuff back?

use search-and put a check on hidden files..

i did that but it says there's nothing in it but if i want to put other files on it it says that its's full

you probably corrupt the micro sd card
