Imagine if you came home and your brother had taken your Switch for the day, just to try something out with Splatoon 2...

Downgrading is usually a bad idea, but yeh it’s the most mis-informed reason I’ve seen yet.

Especially since everyone knows you’re required to have latest firmware just to connect let alone anything else.

But this thread is proof that a “little bit of knowledge” can be a very dangerous thing - he managed to install very old firmware without having a clue what he was doing or why...
